KL Pizza Hut was my first Pizza Hut experience when I was a child. Loved it than , love it now.

Pizza is yummy and they are quick. Also got some free chilled coffee drinks.

Had called to ask something, just hung up couldn't even order something.

Unfortunately I have to update my review today. Due to corona now they only have take away and due to this I got a chance to look into how they process things. I am quite disappointed, especially because they don’t really care if someone ordered a vegetarian pizza or something with pork. They cut both pizzas with same knife. (Why do I have to tell them that they should cut it with clean cutter?) BTW this time I told the person and he told me he will cut it with clean but I saw and it wasn’t the case . So actually he lied to me or he didn’t really understood what I told him . Now I have serious doubts that during preparation of the pizzas they would also not care and would be using same pizzza pans, same gloves (if they are using any) for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. This is quite disappointing because if I am ordering something vegetarian I would expect that my pizza do not have any contact with meat. I am doubtful if they really have any SOP for this and even if they have it it’s not being followed. I also saw a staff member who was putting down the foam on the bear with blow of mouth. I mean seriously??? These things are definitely not acceptable and it’s a serious matter. ————— my old review is below ————- Nice pizza and fortunately nice staff this time

The telephone order is not so easy when it's done in english. Nevertheless every mistake is taken care at the counter, with little patience and time

Service friendly, but the already empty dishes were cleared away during our visit, possibly. after we left the building, although the waitress was at the table several times. In terms of taste: 🤔 20 years ago it knocked me out of my socks ... at the time of; all you can eat !!! .. when I doubted the mind of a buddy because he chose pasta instead of pizza until I tried it myself 😋 .... After that there was unfortunately no "all you can eat" thing The presence of mind generated the thought throughout his life: If you had "all you can eat", you would have chopped your stomach full with pasta 😏 Since the standard, or chef, or even the business philosophy has unfortunately changed over the years, as has the prices; what used to be tastier is unfortunately ONLY even more expensive today😏 As a basis for comparison: Calabria Winnweiler, which we would have liked same price, could have had it delivered twice, in less time when the food was on the table 🤔🤔🤔 ... in view of this, 3 stars are actually overrated 🤔. Finally: If you want to get American pizza in KL and no problem with just delivery or pick-up, then PAPPII's PIZZA, Merkurstrasse KL😉 as delicious as Pizza Hut 20 years ago and 1.5L soft drink apparently included 😊

It's always better, but it was already 4 stars. In terms of price, it's full and you still have something left over afterwards, unless your name is Johannes and you crush a whole pizza.

The service is too poor, takes so long to prepare the table and the dishes. Last time waited one hour for only one pizza when there were just 4 families in the restaurant!!!

As before, very good. I actually go to Pizza Hut restaurants all over Europe. Here as there everywhere everything in my mind. Keep it up.

Were at Pizzahut again for a very long time on September 23 at around 1.30 p.m. There was little going on, 3 tables occupied. Were served promptly and very friendly. Sat right by the window, tables and benches were clean (I know that very differently), Corona rules were 100% complied with. The preparation of the two pizzas takes a maximum of 15-20 minutes (I didn't look closely at the clock). Taste as usual with pizza hats, typically American and therefore very good. However, it seems to me as if the pan pizza is getting more and more fatty (the edge is half soaked with fat), it could be less. All in all a good visit that was well worth it.

Has decreased a lot. Hardly any cheese left on the rim, little topping. You only eat dough that is probably rubbed with fat. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, lamps need to be cleaned. Seat cleaned by yourself. Price / performance inadequate.

My or our last visit to Pizza Hut was so long ago that it had to be changed after the long traffic jam on the A6. So there were five of them with the whole family to eat very delicious ❤️

Good pizza and service. Outdoor seating area available. Reminds me of the old Pizza Hut restaurants in the states. Parking available in back.

Pizza always tastes very tasty, but the rocket pizza tasted very strange. Otherwise everything was always perfect and fresh from the oven.

With the right service you can recommend it, otherwise a matter of luck. Price performance is right but the staff is not always satisfactory.

Has decreased significantly. Hardly any cheese on the edge little topping. Plastic drink pots have also seen better years. You only eat dough where it is rubbed with fat. 🤮

Super delicious veggie casserole, crispy garlic bread, great pizza dough etc. Courteous service, meals can also be ordered and picked up. Bright, spacious restaurant, very clean toilets. The rooms could only be a little warmer.

Very clean and delicious. Friendly staff. Toilets are clean too. Here you can eat well with children. The parking lot is directly behind the restaurant. Unfortunately no free WiFi.

We ordered two classic pizzas for pickup. One with extra sauce. It was about 24euros. They're burnt. There is no extra sauce. Definitely too much money for very disappointing food.

Cheesy Crust Pizza was fine, but the bruschetta was terrible. Tasted of vinegar and garlic, no tomato flavor at all though their were many. Stick with the Pizza and you'll be fine.

We had the large deep dish pepperoni lovers pizza with extra cheese and it was delicious! It was ready before the stated time. I didn't think to ask for garlic butter or cheese sauce. The receptionist spoke very good English the time we were there.

Stood there for 10 min. and no service. Decided to take a table and still no service. No one at the register and it seemed like there was only one employee working. Decided to leave instead.

I give it three stars due to the service. It took us 30 minutes to sit down having available tables and then ordered to wait 45 minutes for the food to arrive. For the taste, I have no complaints super delicious, especially the barbecue pizza.

I gave this restaurant a 2 star rating mainly because of the service. We had to ask 3 times to get something to drink. My daughter's pasta came out 15 minutes after our pizza. Telling a two year old to wait for her food isn't all that easy when they are hungry. They have 9 people it looks like, here and 4 of which are spending most of their time standing around. The cook appears to be one of the few people actually working hard. The restaurant is not even half full. I have had better service in restaurants that are full with just 1 waiter. I don't come down to Kaiserslautern all that often, but I will likely choose another option to eat next time I do. Not worth the hassle. As you can also see below, the owner appears to care and attempts to direct me to a site to voice my issue. However, after attempting twice to do so, the site does not exist. Sadly like their employees, even the computer system does work.

The German Pizza Hut is so much better then the one on Base. The dough is fresher, and they have a lot more options. This location has great service. They will always try to get you the current deal. The workers will point out specials and make suggestions to save you money.
